You're looking at two separate bugs here: 1) If you scan a P.R.A.W.N. suit fragment in any other location than the Aurora, you will need to scan more than 4 fragments to complete the blueprint. Or atleast that is what I am finding. So make sure to scan P.R.A.W.N. suit fragments in the Aurora only.The blood kelp zone wreck has the drill and grappling arms I think.

A quick PRAWN climbing tip: If you're using the grapple arm to climb a cliff face, try to climb in a zig-zag pattern. Grapple onto a spot as high as you can, and just hold there till your boosters recharge. Once you've got full boosters, start boosting away from the ledge and grapple off to the side a fair bit.

Oct 19, 2017 · There is one wreck where people have consistently said they found the drill arm and that is in the second Grand Reef wreck at these coordinates: -865 -430 -1420. Go there and look through the entire wreck. Bring a lasercutter and a flashlight or a Seaglide (use with Swimcharge Fins to avoid using up battery). Go to the mountain island (the one with the alien building) and go down along the northeast side (i think) there is a wreck there that has grappling arm fragments scattered all over there.
